These terms apply to detailing services provided by Showtime Detailing KC. By booking a service, you agree to the following.
Prices listed on this site are for standard cars and sedans. Larger vehicles, heavy soiling, pet hair, and specialty conditions may require an adjusted quote, which we will confirm with you before starting work.
As a mobile service, we detail your vehicle at the location you provide. You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it. If we arrive and cannot reasonably perform the service, a trip fee may apply.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, contact us promptly and we'll do our best to make it right.
We take great care with every vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket or worn components that fail during normal detailing, or personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
